| The ashram is full of warmness, vitality, and peace. Rested against one mountain side while overlooking a range of mountains which seem to transform with perception with every closing day. The asanas are still and nutritious. After meals a feeling of warmth and satisfaction may radiate throughout your body as it did mine. Though the days are long, the training program introduces a routine to the body which is difficult to forget. My body has devoloped a need to continue the practice of yoga that was not there before. I would recommend the teacher training program to anyone interested in strengthening their own yoga practice; as well as to those that are interested in learning a very simple to grasp, systematic style of teaching, upon which to base their own classes. Hari om tat sat.
This was my first ashram experience, we had a general understanding before we came here from my Yoga teacher back home and we settled in the ashram quite good. I loved our asnas sessions, bhajan nights, and Yoga stories. I particularly liked the sun salutations before sun rise on the mountains. These 4 weeks were very special to me and I will treasure my experiences here for the rest of my life.We love you all and will miss greatly.
If you want genuine information on aspects of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga- Life style, then this is the perfect course for you. Life style includes physical practices - asanas to cleansing the body, mental practices - attitudes & meditation which help the balance of mental activities and understanding of subtler aspects of Prana and many more details on Yoga were covered by fantastic group of dedicated teachers and volunteers.
This course was wonderful and life changing. I feel so amazing and healthy and strong. The last month has taught me so much about yoga and about myself. I can not wait to start teaching yoga and incorporating all that I've learnt in to my daily life...
I really enjoyed the course, really interesting to watch a group go through a moon cycle, we all grew and changed together. Energies grew and fell but in the end we all came out on top.
Excellent program on every level. From meditations to asanas, from theory to teaching techniques. A fantastic, well developed course with committed and skilled staff. Warm and personal environment. I have learnt so much and had an unforgettable month.
The curtain is opne, I can see yoga. I feel the sun and moon moving in my body. Time here is a gift from God, every moment I feel peace and happiness. Thank you for your kindness, thank you for your light. Om Shanti, Om Shanti, Om Shanti.
