The 24 participants of class May 06 were gathered from many different countries to study yoga. Countries of origin include UK, USA, Canada, Poland, Italy, France, singapore, Ireland, Israel, Australia, Russia. First rank was Alessia from Italy. |

I'm still experiencing that blissful state of mind this little but powerful spot on earth presented me with. Smile is eternal on my face as far as in my heart. This experience will be changing my life, my attitude and my points of view. I got a new strength, a new faith, a new harmony and a new consciousness... The ashram has been an important teaching, a way to think about many aspects of the individual (oneself) and the group interaction.

I write this on the last day in the ashram, I have not as yet fully absorbed the effects of this experience but I do know, although challenging at times, my life has certainly changed for the better and my perception of all has shifted to a more quiet and peaceful place...
Hari Om ! Yoga Vidya Gurukul ! it's such an enchanting and powerful place. Here it's so easy and natural to get in to meditation, because each corner is filled with this vibrations. The accomodation is pleasant, the food... excellent... The staff is highly qualified and able to show their knowledge with love and sincerity...
