  1. Bend in the knee and sit on your toes.
  2. Sit on buttocks and straighten your left leg.
  3. Straighten your right leg.
  4. Bend backwards and rest on your elbows.
  5. Rest your head on the ground and straighten your hands side by side of your waist.
