Precautions
Be
careful not to feel sleepy. When the body and mind relaxes,
it is very likely that you may feel sleepy. Generally
one tends to fall asleep during Shavasana. But if you
sleep, it is not Shavasana. Therefore you have to keep
on warning your mind. During Shavasana one should not
sleep. If you decide firmly then you may not sleep and
you will get thorough experience of Shavasana.
