Breathe Awareness

The whole body relaxes during the stage of “ Rotation of Consciousness ” and as a result, the breathing becomes very slow.
Now concentrate on your breath, which you can feel at the tip of your nose.
Do not try to control the breath.
Further you will be asked to count the rounds of breath going in and out.
This counting is to be carried out in a reverse sequence i.e. from 27 to 1.
This not only promotes relaxation and concentration, but also awakens higher energies and directs them to every cell of the body.
