Ingredients
Fruits
of choice: apple, chikoo, guava,
banana, orange, pineapple, mango,
cherry, papaya, grapes, etc…
Sugar
Salt
Curd
Saffron
Cashew nuts, almonds
Assorted dry fruits if desired
Instruments

Method
1.
Cut fruits into bite size pieces
2. Add Curd, nuts, dry fruits and
saffron if desired or you can just
leave it plain!
3. Add sugar and salt to taste
You
can mix fruits with curd or yoghurt
but do not mix fruits with milk.
According to Ayurvedic diet fruits
and milk should not be combined.
