• 2 daikon radish
• 3 tsp roasted chana dal
• Lemon to taste or yogurt
• 1/2 tsp cumin seed powder
• Sugar to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
 
1. Grate radish finely, including the green tops.
2. Add all ingredients and mix well.
3. Garnish with coriander.
