My experience of the course... I had the most amazing experience during my stay at the Yoga Vidya Gurukul. The location being ideal to provide time and space to relax, energise, rejuvenate, enjoy, be inspired and meet new people from all walks of life. Sun salutation every morning when i roll out of bed is a must. It just gets me started on the right foot. I am fortunate to have done the course and make yoga as a part of my daily routine to keep my spirituality stable. Looking forward to participate in the Advance course in yoga.
