These diseases can be controlled with medicines but cannot be cured. The only remedy is Relaxation!

Yoga explains many such techniques for relaxation. The technique you are going to learn here is a primary technique for relaxation. This is very simple and can be easily mastered. Relaxation is very simple to understand & simple to follow. The details will be explained in two sessions.
