Different types of yoga such as Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana yoga & Raja Yoga are practiced to attain balance, inner harmony and higher states of consciousness called Samadhi, Samadhi is the union of Atman and Paramatman. Atman is individual soul and Paramatman or Brahman is universal consciousness.

Yoga Poses - Yoga poses, Yoga postures or Asana (in Sanskrit) help achieve physical and mental well-being; improve the flexibility of the body and increase the vitality. Yoga poses bring flexibility, strength and endurance to the muscles, joints and overall body systems.
Pranayama - Pranayama is a Sanskrit word meaning extention and control of prana, prana is vital or life force. Pranayama or yoga breathing increases the life force, calm the mind. On physical level pranayama increases the breathing process, strengthens the lungs, improves oxygen consumption and balances the nervous system.
Yoga Life style - Yoga is a complete lifestyle, which discusses diet, values, and guidelines for integrating spiritual life in to our life. Ayurveda, the science of traditional medicines talks about healthy life style increasing the quality of life and longevity.
