Releasing the Position
  1. Straighten your neck.
  2. Turn your palms down and bring them near to your waist.
  3. Bring your legs close to each other and take preposition i.e. supine position.
THIS IS THE END OF THE FIRST PERIOD OF SHAVASANA..
If you are studying this session for the first time you are requested to go through the whole session once again from the beginning.
If you have studied this period twice you can start learning the second practice session.
