Please prepare yourself for the practice of Shavasana.

  • Manage for a open and free space of about 2.5 meters x 1 meter around you, already covered by carpet.
  • Remove your shoes, wrist watch, and spectacles. ( If any)
  • Loosen your neck tie and belt if tied up.
  • If you are practicing first time then you are requested to observe the video pictures along with the instructions for taking up and releasing the position of the Asana.
  • If you have already observed this videos and if you want to practice yourself, please select the time for which you would like to practice.
