Asanas in Vajrasana

Total 6 asanas in the form of chain will be explained here.

Vajrasana, Januhastasana, Hasta Shirasana, Ekpad Bhujangasana, Dwipad Bhujangasana, Makarasana.

There are six different asanas but they are not to be practiced separately but in continuation .

After completion of 6 asanas, all the asanas are to be practiced again in the same sequence. So this is a chain of 6 asanas to be practiced in from 1 to 6 and again from 6 to 1.
