This course includes Yogasanas that help the kids in increasing their height.
Duration - 4 weeks
Yogic techniques - 2 Yogic techniques are taught along with the asanas. Yogic Techniques are to be practiced daily. (Deep Breathing, Pranav Jap) After the course is over, the students should practice the Yogasanas taught to them everyday for 1 hour. We have designed the course especially for kids, so as to help them in increasing not only their height but also their overall health. |
