The ashram is full of warmness, vitality, and peace. Rested against one mountain side while overlooking a range of mountains which seem to transform with perception with every closing day. The asanas are still and nutritious. After meals a feeling of warmth and satisfaction may radiate throughout your body as it did mine. Though the days are long, the training program introduces a routine to the body which is difficult to forget. My body has devoloped a need to continue the practice of yoga that was not there before. I would recommend the teacher training program to anyone interested in strengthening their own yoga practice; as well as to those that are interested in learning a very simple to grasp, systematic style of teaching, upon which to base their own classes.
