I really enjoyed the TTC!. My previous knowledge about yoga was almost none (very few practical lessons here and there). I really learned a lot, not only practice of asanas but also yoga theory and philosophy. In my personal life, the course also helped me in changing some bad habits : I gave up smoking one month before coming and the ashram life, healthy food, practice of yoga and a good atmosphere with no temptation was perfect to strength my decision!!.
I recommend the course to anyone who wants to learn more about yoga (and follow the ashram rules specified in the web site!). As everything in life is "VERY NICE!"
Practising Surya Namaskar at sunrise, it feels as if we have to power to make the sun rise from behind those beautiful mountains and shine on us for the rest of the day. Working hard to learn a lot about yoga and realising that there is so much more to learn. It is a joyful and intense experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life and that has enriched me as a human being. It is amazing to expierence the joy and enthousiasm with which the people at the Ashram guided and supported us on this yoga journey. Becoming a yoga teacher gives me the possibility to share this joy with others and guide them on their yoga path.

"I'm happy to be here to have more experience of yoga and learn how to be good yoga teacher. Very excellent!! It doesn't matter that how flexible you are or how many asanas that your can do. That's does not explain how the good teacher you are. It's more than physical Yoga that I've got. Thanks for everyone... Staffs and everyone in course that take care me and my daughter, Cher-Cher. Ashram is our second home."
