| In
all 8 participants from various countries participated in the Yoga
Therapy Training Course from 1st June to 30th June 2005, all participants
successfully completed the course. All the students secured first
class.
First rank was
Ms. Erika Cubilos from Costa rica, second rank was Mrs. Prema Nagesh
from Oman.
The course was
a success under the able guidance of Yogacharya Vishwas Mandlik;
his inspiration was always a motivating factor for all the participants
and teachers as well. Yoga Therapy is his subject of expertise for
last 28 years and that proved beneficial to all the students. Also
he was very much appreciated as a Yoga Asana Teacher, Dr. Vidya
Deshpande was Resident Medical officer and also taught various subjects
like naturopathy techniques, Mr.Shivshankar Gadekar was Asana Teacher
who finished his task with lot of appreciation. Mr. Gandhar Mandlik
was Course Coordinator.
Various lectures
were delivered, prominently by Yogacharya Vishwas Mandlik on Yogic
Concepts, various diseases and Yoga, Dr.Prafulla Dorle on Anatomy
and Physiology, Hypertension, Asthma, Depression & Anxiety,
Dr. Vikas Gogate on Digestive Disorders, Dr.Ashutosh Yardi on Ayurveda,
Dr. Ramesh Mantri on Spine Problems, Mr.Gandhar Mandlik on Stress
& Swara Yoga, Dr Lalita Joshi on MC problems, Dr. Jayant Sohoni
on Heart Diseases, Dr. Shivde on Radiology and Sonography, Dr. Lalita
Joshi on Pathology. The therapy center proved to be an inspiring
place for the course, the natural surroundings, was the perfect
environment for Yoga Course. |
