Vajra Ardha Paschimottonasana

 



 

Stages

 

1. Left leg is in vajrasana, heel outside the buttock, right leg stretched to the front.
2. With exhalation hold the right toe with the left hand.
3. Encircle the waist with the right hand and bend forwards to touch the forehead to the right knee like in ardha paschimottonasana.

Practice from both sides.
